Free UK Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Details

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK Time) are typically dispatched on the same working day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some products may be dispatched directly from our trusted suppliers and could require an additional 1–3 working days for processing. Where applicable, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery through EVRi or another trusted courier selected at our discretion.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

If you have a customer account, you can also view your order status at any time in the My Orders section.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Although shipping is free, deliveries to certain remote areas or islands may take slightly longer than the estimated delivery times.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We will investigate the shipment with the courier and provide an update or suitable resolution, typically within 1–2 business days.
